I was just pulled off of a project at an extremely critical part to review golden boy's work. WTF are they paying him buckets of money if I have to check his work? And I did just say that to the boss. "It always helps to have someone else look at it" If the project tanks because I missed this part I will not be blamed.

No shit Sherlock. I understand that I have a raise and more money and that comes with more responsibility. I also understand that most employees that are ineffective and quit may be because they aren't trained properly NOT because they don't want to do the work. Received my review on Friday. According to my boss I am awesome. And got a whopping 0.65 an hour raise. I was a little pissed so I asked him, why, if I was so great, was the analyst who can't understand financial statements our press release being paid more money than me? Why did our "old boy network" consultant who is supposed to be out with clients buts spends most of his time in the coffee room get paid more money than me? And nd why do about 12 other wastes of cubicle space all make more money than me??

Reason #808 why companies are getting robbed by their employees: a person who drives an armored car to pull money out of ATMs is only paid $11/hr.

I have the money to hire 4 strong young (people) to work for my landscaping company. The hourly is high for this area. Once I honestly describe what I expect from an employee, I can't find anyone that will do the work. I guess I'll be paying cash to illegals again this summer.

stupid girl i give a ride too, doesn't have my gas money for last month. she's been busy moving herself, unemployed niece and unemployed nephew into a 2 bedroom apartment when i told her to only get a 1 bedroom until those idiots got jobs. nope. she wouldn't. and she had to have someone else take her dog for her since apartments won't let her have pets. she's annoying as hell! is 50 something yrs old. can't get her car running because she had to move since her niece and nephew got her kicked out. no more rides for you old lady.... figure it out yourself!
