I sat in my annual review the other day.Of course they are trying to say i don't do jack shit i cancel to many patients blah,blah..i have proof i didn't cancel any patients for 3 months,proof of all the mgrs in our 3 offices making mistakes,after the review i went to our CEO w/my copies of course i wasn't giving her my originals!We only get 50cent the most in raises but i wasn't letting this Bitch get away w/it.now I'm getting the silent treatment.its cool i give it right back & say NO to every request to work OT they have NOONE to do the receptionist job.its killing them!i love it.

We all understand that everyone has to brown noise once in awhile to some extent..but YOU take it to extremes. Please cut it out now. There is no room for advancement nor are you getting a raise. It looks silly now you follow people around like a dog in heat!

It's 12:30 on a friday...im doing nothing because everything i can do is a HUGE project and theres no point in starting it until Monday...why the hell am i here in this awkwardly silent office.....uhg!

Everyone at work put money in for lotto tickets so I played along. I am 100% sure we won't win but morale has been so shitty, it is really nice to see everyone excited and silly again. I see these people more than I see my family and I'm glad we're all smiling and acting like a team again.

There was a hostile take over at my work and my new boss arranged a meeting for me out of the office on Friday then went into my office and rummaged through all of my drawers and read all of my emails. One of my sent emails was to my old boss asking for a reference, my new boss confronted me today telling me she had read all my emails and accused me of "conspiring" against her.....now every time she talks I pretend shes a villain from a silent movie twisting her mustache and wearing a crooked black top hat.....makes me laugh every time.

My SIL is a teacher at a private school and part of her job is to teach sex ed to the 5th graders. The thing is--she's a virgin. I find it all very ironic.

Maybe if you stopped lying and playing silly games, our meetings would be less of a blood bath? Just saying!

Yesterday my CW friend got laid off without notice. Monday she found out she was pregnant, which ruined her husbands chance at getting into the air force, and then with them knowing this, they tell her they lost a contract and that she's being let go to save money. I feel so bad for her. I silently cried the rest of the day. Other CWs- no emotion whatsoever. That worried me too. She was so sweet. I'll miss her. ~starrynight
