Why do kids wake up early on Saturdays?! Saturday mornings should be for sleeping in.

I would just like to announce that after 2.5 yrs, DD is finally going to bed and down to nap on her own and sleeping through the night. Hallelujah!

Allergies are getting to me. I took a Zyrtec yesterday, but it's not helping. i'm afraid if I take a Benadryl, it will make so sleepy that I decide to take a nap and I end up sleeping the day away.

both of my kids are bottle fed, they sleep in their own rooms and have since they started sleeping longer than 2hr stretches. I do not vaccinate. Because I dont almost everyone assumes I am AP.. I AM NOT!

Ugh, finally have been sleeping some after weeks of not. Tonight I woke up wheezing and coughing. Took inhaler, cough medicine, some salt and water, didn't work. I guess it is on to black coffee. Sleeping probably won't happen now.

I'm an early riser and have to confess that I look down on people who sleep in really late. Many days, sleeping until 8 sounds really late to me. If you sleep until 10 or later, I think of you as a lazy slob.

About 17 years ago I used to babysit for my parents' best friends when they would go out. I was 13/14 and their dd was 8/9 and their ds was 6/7. I babysat on and off until we moved when I was 16ish. We stayed in touch and stuff on and off. I recently had my big 30th bday bash. I'm separated and the now 23 yr old I used to babysit was just recently dumped by his gf. We ended up sleeping together a few times over the course of a few weeks. It was just a crutch of comfort for both of us. We decided we're not telling a soul and taking it to our grave. I will deny it until my dying days.

DD20 months is completely spoiled. It's my fault, but it has gotten to the point where I feel helpless. My boobs are at her constant beck and call. I am not sleeping, and if I don't drop what I am doing to hold her when she demands it she throws a tantrum. I can't just let her cry at night because she shares a room with her sister. I feel like a prisoner to a terrorist. I am miserable. What is the way out? Just let her scream all day and night until she gets it? She is so stubborn, that could take days, and I don't think I have it in me, and it would be torture to my family.

Childfree sites can get as boring as mom sites. Whose nipples are the most cracked. Whose newborn had the most trouble sleeping. Whose husband is the most moronic. Whose stretch marks are the worst. Whose boobs are the saggiest. Whose mini van is the filthiest. Whose neighborhood kids suck the most. Who hates the pretty mom the worst and wants to make sure she gains 50lbs the most. It's all the same IMO.

Confession: A ghost turned on my vibrator the other day! Back story: I see ghost all the time, the other morning at home a felt someone staring at me while I was sleeping- no one was there so I rolled over and ignored him- happens all the time- next thing I know I hear the drawer open and my vibrator starts jumping around in there! Talk about weird!
