I think I'm in the minority but my sex drive is higher than DH's. If I could, I'd do it every day but I settle for 3-4 times a week. It's frustrating to be horny ALL the time. And I do jump him as much as I can. He calls me lady horn dog. :)

I don't know what I am. I am not physically attracted to males or females. I am more emotionally attached to females. I have a really really really low sex drive. When I do want sex, I want it with a man. Am I bisexual?

I have thought for years that I have no sex drive. But lately, I've been having some pretty erotic dreams. Thing is, none of them feature DH. And when I wake up flustered from one of these dreams and look at DH lying next to me, the feeling goes away right quick. Not a good sign, right? That's what I thought.

The idea that men are animals with no self control is upsetting to me. Anybody can learn self control. Male does not equal rapist. Neither does high sex drive. If you have problems controlling your impulses, see a goddamned therapist. That's the adult way to deal with your problems, not force yourself on someone and then point fingers that they "asked for it".

My OH's sex drive is through the roof...damn thing is barely ever soft. The idea that someone would consider him more likely to be a rapist because of that makes me sick. In experiments men already won't go near a crying kid on their own for fear of being branded a kiddy fiddler. Apparently we won't be happy until every man on the planet has done time for being a sex offender.

Rape and molestation may indeed be about power and control. But #1 they can't happen without an erect penis, and #2 urges to control and dominate are fueled by testosterone. Hell yes high testosterone levels and high male sex drives are serious problems.

I am becoming really cynical about men and sex. Seriously, it seems WAY too important to the average man. And don't tell me there's no connection between high sex drive and rape/molestation. If all the men in the world had less testosterone, I really don't think we'd be seeing as many rapes and child molestation cases. I really don't. Personally, I think a high sex drive is FAR more worrying than a low/nonexistent one.

A low sex drive most certainly can mean that he is stepping out...so can an extremely high sex drive. What is the point exactly?

A lot of men, older and younger, have a low sex drive that is not related to a medical condition. Some people, men and women, are asexual, and there's no physical reason to explain it. Some men work so hard they're just damn tired and don't want to be pawed anymore than women at the end of the day. I'm sorry some people assume all men are walking sex machines with no ability to think apart from their penis.
