Today is my birthday, since I moved I felt like things we're strained between me and my friends. Not one of them wished me a happy birthday. I know it's pathetic to be sad that they forgot, I just feel like it's never going to be the same

My husband spent the last week at work because we live 40mi. from base and he works 18 hour days. This weekend he wanted to spend time together, go out, things he never wants to do normally. However, I had to finish my finals for school this weekend. He was upset. He is spending this next week at work too and next weekend is my birthday weekend. I plan on spending it with my girlfriends. I hate to say it, but I really feel disconnected from him, physically and emotionally and I'm ok with it. I'm a horrible person for feeling that way but I am just not into him right now.

My husband has been flagged. He doesn't know what for and he's hoping it's not recruiting or DI. He wanted to do this on his own terms but he was told that he couldn't receive orders w/o reenlisting, nor could he reenlist w/o orders. I'm excited for him. I dk how this all works but I hope it works out for him. He will be screened 2 days before my birthday. If he doesn't like where they send him, he will deny the orders and he will get out in about a year and a half. But if he accepts them, we will be PCSing for the first time in six years. Either way, it's an adventure!

dh deployed today. non-mil friend asked how the day was going. Ds 14 slept in til 1pm, dd-9 went out to birthday shop with mil, dd 12 is watching football with me as we knit/crochet, and dd 10 is down hanging with her bff (aka a normal winter non-school day). Friend was actually offended that the kids and I weren't bawling in a heap on the floor. Yes, we are sad. This is how we deal with it. Get over it.

My New year was screwed up by my stupid husband who is shellfish and believes in nothing....He dose not like going out for dinner,dancing or anything fun relating...I don't get anything from him on Christmas, valentines day, my birthday, our anniversary or even a kiss on new years eve talk about sex.....And I'm always getting attention from other men and if I tell me I'm married the first thing they say is " your husband is a lucky man" I have to beg for sex from him....someone tell me this is normall, I know for a fact that his not cheating...I want out of this fucking,stupied! Boring marriag

So I thought I would be able to treat myself on my birthday since my DH deployed last month by ordering myself the new wedding set I have been wanting since my last set got lost, but of course now I have to buy a battery for the truck which cost 3x's as much as the ring... I didnt even get anything for Christmas and I was soo excited... But just like always shit never works out for me

Yesterday was my mother's boyfriend's birthday. Me, DH, my grandma, my younger brother, Mom, her boyfriend, his two kids and his daughter's boyfriend all got together for birthday dinner. It was a nonstop 4-hours of wine, wise cracks, and innappropriate jokes. I think my mom is secretly thrilled.

It's that time again. Ugh...Furious...Dh spent a lil over 600 to pay for a ticket so his mom could come 4 Thxgiving. On the eve of her flight, she called to let us know she's having leg pain so she will not fly. Rly? Dh is furious. Come to find out she wanted to come for her birthday instead and not thanksgiving. This broad is so selfish I cant stand it...If she wasnt older I would ask her to reimburse the flipping ticket. Ugh!$%%^&**

My Little Man is 1 years old today! Happy Birthday little man!

He just told me that he sent his mother flowers for Thanksgiving. How nice, right? Except the bastard also bought his mother a birthday present this year and NOTHING for me. Birthday, Thanksgiving, last year Christmas or other other special day. Nothing. Jerk.
