Over heard my DH talking on the phone to his mom this evening about how proud he is to be married to me bc he knows that I understand his Army career and all the sacrifices we both have to make. Said Im his rock and what keeps his head up. Makes me so proud to be his wife and to hear him say these things. I love my DH and this truly made my day.

OMG! I just got caught stealing at the PX. The asshole loss prevention guy put me in handcuffs in front of everyone. So embarrassed. But that's not the worst part...I don't know how I'm going to explain this to my DH who is currently deployed. My DH who just happens to be an MP. FML!

AGH!!! so frustrated!! DH said he'd call this morning, but he didn't. i got pissed and sent an angry FB message, to which he replied he'd been out on mission. he was definitely annoyed that i was upset. turns out he called later on but i missed it! now i'm even more upset and feel like a jerk. who knows when he'll call again?! :/

The reason I know dh isn't messing with girls in his unit? He yells at them. Lol what girl wants a guy that has nothing but harsh words about how they work? He's not like that too me but work is work. Besides he thinks army girls look manly. I saw 3 that I thought were men for sure. Until I got closer. They are no threat.

It frustrates me that some women will divorce their husbands "because the war changed him." I married DH knowing he's in the military, knowing he's deploying, and understanding that yeah, he's going to come back a different man. I love him, he's my husband, and as his wife, it is my job to help him stay centered and grounded and to do my best to help him through whatever demons he acquires. And to just be damn supportive if nothing else helps.

So frustrated with dh right now. We have one car and I had to bring him home during lunch and wanted him to take the car back without me. He INSISTED I go with so I could go to the education center and that by the time I'm done he'd be out. I spent ten minutes there and will spend 2-3 hours sitting in the car waiting for him instead of doing things I need to do at home and can't do while he is there. The kicker is I have to come down sometime to renew my ID, which I can't do until 2 weeks before it expires which won't be till next week at the earliest.
