So glad my husband is on board with healthy living. I couldn't take it if I were married to some big couch potato galug with a giant beer belly and three chins who lived on crappy food and beer and never touched a fruit or veg.

I am really overweight. I have been most of my adult life. I had 4 kids in a span of 12 years and I am sure that had a great deal to do with my weight gain. But my oldest is now 17 so what is my excuse? I love food. I love to cook it, shop for it, and eat it. 2 years ago I lost over 100 lbs on ww. But, I am sure that I have gained that back since. I haven't even been on a scale in over a year. It is starting to effect our sex life also which it never did before. My husband has always said that he liked woman who were a little heavier. I guess I am beyond a little heavier these days.

Is there an online forum where I can receive encouragement (and even sometimes a kick in the butt) to exercise. I have trouble keeping myself motivated, and have asked my husband to nag me about it, but it's not in his nature.

I need my husband to hook my wii back up. I have been living w/o my wii fit for almost a year now! I NEED to see that line go down! I NEED to hear that thing make that disappointing sound when the line goes up! I really miss my wii!

The best weight loss tool I've found: guilt. When I was cheating on my husband I felt so disgusted with myself, I had no appetite. I lost so much weight that I weighed less than I did in High School.

I know this my sound crazy to most (anyone who I have said it to didn't believe me) but I don't want anyone to view me in a sexual way except my husband. I love knowing he thinks I look sexy but the idea of someone else thinking of me in a sexual manner creeps me out. Problem is, I'm a very fit, in-shape woman with a pretty face. I'm not saying I'm gorgeous but I do know that I'm attractive. Doesn't matter how modest you dress and how you don't flirt, someone will think of you in that way.

I hate being Vegan, but my husband wants to lose weight and that's the best way (for him) to do it-- and I do *not* want to cook 2 separate meals. He offered to cook his own, but I don't guess it will kill me to eat healthy. Well, maybe not. I am, after all, a down home Southern girl who loves her barbecue and fried anything.

My husband and I do P90X together and I love it! Hard program, but really rewarding. Plus, I just love having something that we're working so hard on, together!

My husband says "Food is fuel for the body. We only eat food because we need to in order to survive." I say food is something to be enjoyed and loved. I enjoy every bite, the aesthetics, smell, texture, taste, all of it! I'm not overweight (125 lbs at 5'2") but I still wish I could be like him when it comes to food. He's so healthy. He's cute though, he says he loves how much I enjoy food

I'm on the "my husband's a cheapskate and wants me to eat less so we spend less on groceries" diet. I'm down to 102 lbs and I'm not exactly thrilled about it.
