My boss had a little sit-down with me today and told me that I am nicer to every single person here than I am to him. And he is right! I wanted to give him examples of why, but I have been told different things from different people here, all in confidence. I couldn't bring up most of what I know. I had all I could do to bite my tongue. So I just sat there...so frustrating.
