So grandparents day is next Friday for my dd and my MIL ALWAYS complains about not seeing the kids enough. She lives in the same town as us, personally i would prefer my mom to go to my dd's class. But dh asks his mom first if she wants to go and shes says, "well if its lunch I can't, I'm on the hgc diet again,why what are they doing?" DH says "They are doing classrooms games the hour before lunch".... Well call me on Thursday and remind me.(she is retired) EFF that, I so want to call and tell her not to worry about it, then go ahead and just invite my mom. I'm so angry..@ her blase' attitude
