I only work two days a week, so that leaves 5 days for exercising. The plan for today was to run for 3 minutes 10 times. It's raining, and it'll rain all day, it hardly ever rains here. That means one running day before the weekend when I work, and on Monday we've got a work event in the evening, so I'll won't want to over do it. That means next Tuesday will be day 2 of running.
